Several of the students at my school speak Chinese. Today they were teasing me about not knowing Chinese.
"Oh, I speak a little Chinese, " I said.
"What can you say?" they asked.
"Beef and broccoli. With brown rice."
"That's not Chinese!" one boy exclaimed. "That's Spanish!"
