My favorite is peanut-crusted tofu with a spicy Thai sauce. Or a big bowl of sukiyaki with sliced tofu and beef. Or ginger-and-balsamic vinegar-soaked slices baked until crunchy. Or . . . drool . . . if you'll excuse me, I need to go, um, do . . . something . . .

I so agree! Everytime I stay in a hotel, I have to throw the down pillows on the floor and ask for firm ones.
Just don't confuse the two.
I don't like tofu but I do like pillows. Not firm...soft and cushy.
I wish someone would have told me this before I tried tofu for the first time last week. I'll have to try some firm tofu.
Oh, Sarah, firm is the way to go.

I like my tofu like I like my ex-wife...
1200 miles from me and unable to speak.
PS... loved the cake blog.
Thanks for the smile.
